Hygiene Operative - Night Shift

Role Overview

Become an integral member of the Onsite Hygiene Team at Forza Foods' Protein facility in Normanton, working in a critical high care environment handling poultry, pork, and beef. This permanent role operates on a night schedule of four nights on followed by two nights off, running from 10:30pm to 6:30am.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean machinery and equipment to meet company training standards and hygiene requirements.
• Effectively manage your schedule to complete all assigned cleaning stages within allotted time frames.
• Prepare the workspace for production by arranging trays with liners, bins with tables, foot stands, and tray holders properly.
• Accurately complete cleaning task sheets and other required documentation.
• Report any machinery or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of office spaces and employee amenity areas.
• Communicate any health and safety concerns to the Hygiene Management team immediately.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by management.

Candidate Profile

• Experience and training with chemical handling and cleaning procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to notice hygiene nuances.
• Excellent time management skills to handle work efficiently during night shifts.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with basic IT tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment.
