About BlinkRx

Blink Health is a rapidly expanding healthcare technology company focused on creating products that enhance prescription accessibility and affordability for all. Its primary platforms, BlinkRx and Quick Save, streamline the prescription supply chain, delivering improved medication access and patient health outcomes. BlinkRx operates as the world’s inaugural pharma-to-patient cloud service, providing patients prescribed branded drugs with transparent low pricing, free home delivery, and expert support through a centralized digital concierge platform. This ensures patients never face obstacles like unaffordable medication or unavailable stock at pharmacies.

The company fosters a collaborative environment where innovation challenges traditional sector norms. The role is based onsite in Robinson Township, Pennsylvania.

Role Overview

We are searching for a Human Resources Specialist to support our expanding Pharmacy Operations team. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this specialist will provide comprehensive HR assistance for our predominantly hourly workforce, advise front-line managers on employee relations, and support the maintenance of a compliant and positive work environment across various operational sites. This is a fast-paced, dynamic setting requiring adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and comfort with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance to frontline managers on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR inquiries within hourly operations.
  • Assist in conducting workplace investigations by collecting facts, documenting outcomes, and escalating complex situations.
  • Coach managers on conducting performance discussions, applying progressive discipline, and implementing policies effectively.
  • Evaluate and advise on corrective actions and improvement plans for employee performance.
  • Manage responses to unemployment claims and other employment-related issues.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to oversee FMLA, leave of absence, and accommodation processes.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding alongside People Operations, IT, and Workplace Services.
  • Conduct exit interviews for hourly staff, analyze turnover trends, and manage termination documentation and offboarding procedures.
  • Serve as an accessible resource for employee lifecycle inquiries.
  • Support talent initiatives including performance evaluations, goal setting, and calibration for hourly team members.
  • Assist managers in documenting employee concerns and delivering constructive feedback.
  • Enhance manager capabilities to independently resolve routine employee relations matters.
  • Monitor employee engagement and performance metrics to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to change management communications related to HR programs and organizational updates that affect operations teams.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Have 3 to 4 years of HR experience supporting hourly employees within production or metrics-driven environments.
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of employment laws such as FMLA and ADA and HR best practices.
  • Experience coaching managers and managing standard employee relations issues with sound decision-making skills.
  • Exhibit excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, and documentation.
  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, fulfillment, or high-volume operations is advantageous.
  • Able to thrive in fast-changing, growth-oriented workplaces.
  • Capable of working independently while cultivating strong trust-based relationships across various teams.
