Role Overview
Vrinda Global is hiring a Human Resources Specialist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time, on-site role focuses on strengthening core HR functions, improving processes, and supporting people operations across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of HRIS setup, ongoing upkeep, and process enhancements that improve how the HR function operates.
- Build HR dashboards, KPI trackers, workforce analytics, and leadership-ready reports.
- Handle recruitment from start to finish, including onboarding and workforce planning support.
- Coordinate manpower planning, headcount projections, and recruitment-related reporting.
- Contribute to organizational development activities, succession planning, and maintenance of job descriptions.
- Draft, revise, and maintain HR policies while ensuring alignment with labor regulations and internal standards.
- Keep employee records updated and assist with HR audits and compliance checks.
- Oversee HR operations such as contracts, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Address employee relations concerns and support managers and staff with HR guidance.
- Organize learning and development initiatives, training plans, and competency-building programs.
- Support performance management, employee engagement efforts, and talent development activities.
- Prepare management reports covering recruitment, workforce movement, performance, training, and other HR indicators.
- Help monitor budgets, streamline processes, and continually improve HR service delivery.
