The Human Resources Operations Manager will provide comprehensive HR support, advice, and expert knowledge for the company, focusing primarily on employee-related events such as new hires, updates, and separations. This role ensures that both staff and managers receive adequate assistance and resources from the HR department and external partners.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree mandatory
• Between 5 and 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources
• Prior hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS platforms required; familiarity with WorkDay and ADP preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail with capacity to manage multiple priorities professionally
• Capability to handle complex and confidential matters and adapt to changing or unclear situations
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Excellent consultation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority and resolve issues creatively in challenging contexts
