About the Company

Chaskis focuses on running and coordinating delivery rider fleets for major delivery platforms. Through its growth in Germany and partnership with Uber, the company is hiring an experienced HR Manager to help set up and oversee a new rider fleet in Stuttgart.

Role Overview

This position covers the complete employee journey and all HR operations for the German team. It brings together hiring, payroll support, employee relations, and compliance to keep HR processes efficient and aligned with local regulations as the business expands.

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Handle recruitment for delivery riders and operational employees.
  • Create job postings and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Support onboarding and smooth integration of new hires.
  • Draft and maintain employment agreements and HR records.

HR Administration and Employee Lifecycle

  • Keep employee files and personnel documentation up to date.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle from joining through exit.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with German labour law and employment rules.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees and leadership on HR matters.

Payroll and HR Systems

  • Set up and administer payroll workflows and related tools.
  • Prepare monthly payroll calculations.
