Role Overview
Ferretti Search is working with a growing company to hire its next Human Resources Generalist in Charlotte, NC. This is a fully onsite, full-time position with a compensation range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

Key Areas of Work
In this role, you will act as a dependable resource for employees and managers, helping with workplace concerns, policy interpretation, performance matters, and employee relations support. You will also assist with recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, review cycles, and development initiatives. In addition, you will help manage HR records, administer policies and programs, support benefits and payroll-related activities, and help ensure adherence to employment laws and internal procedures.
Who the Employer Is Looking For
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area, along with at least 3 years of progressive HR experience. The role calls for strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to earn trust across all levels of the organization, and a highly organized, detail-focused approach that balances multiple priorities while protecting confidentiality and accuracy.
Preferred Background
Helpful qualifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, financial services, or multi-site environments is preferred, along with familiarity using HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems. Knowledge of compensation, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement programs is also valued.
