About the Role

Our client is a top-tier construction and infrastructure company operating extensively throughout Ireland, the UK, and Europe. With ongoing business growth, they require a seasoned Human Resources Director to oversee core HR delivery and spearhead workforce initiatives across their multi-regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct report to the Chief People Officer (CPO).
  • Manage HR services and delivery across Ireland, the UK, and Europe from a Dublin base.
  • Lead a team of three HR professionals.
  • Oversee comprehensive HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent and succession strategies, reward schemes, HR operations, and HR information systems—excluding learning & development and talent acquisition.

  • Proven leadership managing HR teams across multiple locations or divisions.
