Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Director to spearhead all facets of our HR operations and act as a strategic partner to the executive team. This position focuses on crafting and implementing people-centered strategies that advance our mission, bolster organizational culture, and nurture a talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to integrate HR plans with company objectives.
- Lead efforts in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs.
- Supervise performance evaluation processes, leadership growth, and succession planning.
- Administer competitive compensation packages, benefits, and total rewards schemes.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable employment laws and HR standards.
- Provide expert advice regarding employee relations, resolving conflicts, and conducting workplace investigations.
- Update and maintain comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
- Manage HR information systems, generate workforce analytics, and safeguard data accuracy.
- Promote a diverse, cooperative, and mission-aligned work environment.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated HR leadership with increasing levels of responsibility.
- In-depth expertise in employment legislation, employee relations, compensation, and benefits management.
- Proven background in talent management, organizational development, and cultural initiatives.
- Exceptional skills in communication, coaching, and fostering strong relationships.
- Capacity to influence executive decision-making, guide change, and lead strategic HR projects.
- Experience within the nonprofit sector is advantageous.
