Role Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator position serves a vital role within the hospital setting, providing essential administrative and clerical support to the HR department. This role focuses on employee relations, staffing, and compliance activities to ensure smooth HR operations at the healthcare facility.
Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance. Shifts are scheduled during daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday work. The job location is at the Dallas Medical Center in Farmers Branch, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire onboarding including orientation paperwork, policy education, and introductions to hospital departments
- Manage and update employee records, ensuring adherence to hospital policies, regulations, and licensure standards
- Assist with employee scheduling and support department leadership with staffing adjustments
- Act as a resource for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and leave information
- Compile HR-related reports and contribute to hospital initiatives focused on retention, wellness, and employee engagement
- Monitor and confirm employee licensure, certifications, and mandatory training compliance
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of three years’ experience in Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with strong data entry capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
