Role Overview
The HSE Technician contributes to the regional Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) efforts by ensuring proper implementation of the HSE management system. This role assures compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations across all operational sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant departments to systematically identify, evaluate, and manage hazards and risks.
- Assist in applying company HSE procedures by maintaining their issuance, enforcement, updates, and compiling periodic compliance reports.
- Review safety-related data including statistics and trends to recommend corrective measures when necessary.
- Support and contribute to the creation and delivery of effective HSE training programs.
- Engage in HSE committees and meetings to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Work alongside clients and stakeholders to interpret their HSE requirements and implement necessary modifications.
- Ensure the correct utilization of company IT systems related to HSE management.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations within the scope of responsibility.
- Safeguard company facilities, equipment, and other assets against damage, theft, or misuse.
