Role Overview
JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a proficient HSE Manager to join its forward-thinking team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves protecting the health and safety of employees and contractors, upholding environmental compliance, and driving sustainable operational practices. Your leadership is essential in cultivating a strong culture of safety across multiple active projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and enforce detailed HSE policies and standards covering all operational activities.
- Ensure adherence to local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental laws and standards.
- Perform routine site inspections and conduct risk evaluations to detect hazards and ensure compliance.
- Manage incident investigations by determining root causes and organizing corrective measures to avoid recurrence.
- Develop and conduct impactful safety training for employees and contractors to boost safety consciousness.
- Keep thorough HSE documentation and generate regular management and compliance reports.
- Work collaboratively with subcontractors and key stakeholders to synchronize with JASARA's safety goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
- Have at least 15 years of professional experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the construction sector.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of HSE laws, standards, and leading practices.
- Show expertise in developing and executing successful HSE programs and training.
- Exhibit advanced analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with varied teams.
- Holding certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalents is strongly preferred.
