About the Role
Hardev Enterprises, a dynamic Ayurvedic wellness and healthcare company, is seeking an HR Executive for a full-time remote position. This role involves recruiting and managing sales executives through online platforms with a focus on discipline, responsibility, and performance-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate applications received via job portals.
- Distribute introductory training videos to shortlisted applicants.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and screening processes.
- Assign cold calling tasks and gather call recording feedback.
- Assess candidates based on communication skills, confidence, and sales capabilities.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to finalize candidate selection.
- Ensure only qualified candidates progress further in the hiring process.
- Maintain and update daily recruitment reports.
- Execute the full recruitment cycle following company protocols.
Recruitment Process
- Candidate application submission via job portals.
- Training materials shared by HR.
- Initial interviews and screenings conducted.
- Cold calling assignments and evaluation of recordings.
- Final hiring decisions made with Team Leader coordination.
Compensation and Benefits
- Training month salary set at ₹12,000.
- Four leaves provided monthly.
- Post-training payment ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 depending on individual performance.
Work Schedule
- Daily working hours between 8 to 10 hours from home.
- Includes a 45-minute lunch break.
- May require flexibility, including working during odd hours.
- This is strictly not a part-time role.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Strong Hindi communication skills and basic English proficiency.
- Fundamental understanding of recruitment and sales procedures.
- Able to evaluate sales pitches and candidate suitability.
- Must have a smartphone or laptop with reliable internet connectivity.
- Must be responsible, disciplined, and highly result-oriented.
