Overview

The HR Recruiter role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process to fulfill recruitment needs across departments effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to clearly understand their staffing requirements.
• Develop and distribute job postings across multiple platforms including job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Identify potential candidates by leveraging databases, referrals, social networks, and online job portals.
• Conduct preliminary resume screening and initial candidate interviews.
• Organize and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and compatibility with company culture.
• Perform reference and background verifications as necessary.
• Draft and issue offer letters, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate information.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool for upcoming recruitment needs.
• Ensure an engaging and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Compile recruitment data, prepare reports, and monitor hiring metrics.
• Continuously update knowledge on recruitment industry trends and optimize hiring practices accordingly.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
