About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role involves identifying and attracting qualified candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and assessments.
• Create and execute strategic sourcing plans using professional networks, job platforms, and social media channels to attract talent.
• Collaborate closely with department leaders to clarify job requirements and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
• Keep meticulous records of candidate data and track recruitment progress through an Applicant Tracking System.
• Promote the organization’s employer brand to engage passive talent and improve candidate experience.
• Manage offer negotiations, prepare employment contracts, and assist with onboarding procedures for new employees.
