Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle specifically for roles within the construction sector. This includes collaborating with various departments to identify staffing needs and ensuring efficient hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for positions related to construction.
- Engage with department heads to understand their manpower requirements.
- Utilize job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and other methods to source potential candidates.
- Screen and shortlist applicants to match role criteria.
- Arrange interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain comprehensive candidate databases.
- Handle recruitment for multiple open positions simultaneously, ensuring timely closure of each vacancy.

Compensation
