Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes, tariff agreements, and related administrative and advisory functions, available on a full-time or part-time basis, initially on a fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of payroll processing including monthly salary runs for a designated group of employees, ensuring compliance with tax and social security regulations.
- Manage tariff agreements, specifically implementing and monitoring the Edelmetall Baden-Württemberg collective agreements and ERA classifications, including performance bonuses and special tariff payments like T-ZUG and holiday pay.
- Administer SAP HCM by maintaining master data and supporting and enhancing payroll and time management schemas within the system.
- Serve as a contact point for social security institutions, tax authorities, and auditors, as well as advising management and staff on all payroll-related matters.
- Prepare personnel key figures, statistics, and customized reports using SAP tools.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background includes a completed degree focusing on Human Resources/Finance or commercial training with advanced qualification in personnel administration or payroll specialization.
- Proven professional experience in payroll within tariff-bound industrial companies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Edelmetall collective agreement and the pay framework agreement ERA.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM modules PA, PY, PT; familiarity with SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Personal traits of structured and meticulous work approach, strong numerical aptitude, and discretion.
