Role Overview

We are seeking a Consultant in HR Payroll who will work with our Business Process Solutions team to assist clients in payroll matters both on-site and remotely, providing expertise in digital, procedural, and operational aspects. This role is available in multiple locations including Leipzig, with the option for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experts to assess existing HR processes and design solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle various tasks ranging from German payroll processing for national and international staff to personnel administration projects within CFO responsibilities.
  • Provide hands-on support for clients on payroll accounting and wage tax matters, bridging finance and payroll functions.
  • Work agilely in teams across departments, locations, or on-site with international clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Completed degree in economics or a relevant vocational training with further education.
  • Preferably some practical experience from internships or student work.
  • Interest in wage tax and social security law with a good understanding of business workflows.
  • Strong numerical skills, proficient with MS Office, quick learning ability, and high commitment.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
