Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate HR Partner to join our Mumbai team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or those early in their careers who want to engage with the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to interaction with internal stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication skills and an aptitude for data management.
Key Details
- Location: Mumbai, India (On-site)
- Experience Required: 0 to 2 years
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day (General Shift)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and update the internal employee portal while addressing basic employee inquiries related to policies and procedures.
- Maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and prepare regular HR reports ensuring accurate data handling.
- Support recruitment efforts by assisting with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain effective candidate flow.
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with internal clients and stakeholders to facilitate smooth HR operations.
- Assist in creating HR presentation materials and upkeep of employee documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Required: Graduate or post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data input) and PowerPoint (creating clean, professional presentations).
- Preferred: Experience or familiarity with ATS and HR management software.
- Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data compilation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
Additional Information
- Workweek consists of five days with a fixed general shift schedule.
