Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the HR Operations team, offering direction, assistance, and performance monitoring.
- Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring the completion of all necessary hiring documentation and smooth onboarding activities.
- Administer employment contracts, HR correspondence, employee records, and related documentation with accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- Coordinate social insurance processes and liaise with governmental agencies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams to guarantee timely onboarding and precise employee data management.
- Ensure employee records are accurately maintained and fully compliant with labor legislation and corporate policies.
- Seek out and implement enhancements in HR operational procedures to improve service quality.
- Oversee the completion and timeliness of HR operations tasks to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in HR, including significant exposure to HR operations and leadership of teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of Egyptian labor laws and social insurance regulations.
Skills
- Expertise in managing HR operations and employee life cycle processes.
- Proven leadership capabilities and adeptness in managing stakeholders.
- Strong organizational aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and human resource management systems.
