Role Overview
The HR Manager position entails oversight of all fundamental HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisals, compensation, training, ensuring compliance, and managing HR operations. The role works hand-in-hand with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a constructive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily Human Resources operations.
- Formulate and enforce HR policies and guidelines.
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
- Supervise performance evaluations and the annual appraisal cycle.
- Initiate programs to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Organize and coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Guarantee adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Compile HR reports and workforce data analytics for leadership review.
- Oversee HR budgeting and evaluate departmental efficiency.
- Facilitate organizational change management and business transformation projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, including managerial roles.
- In-depth understanding of HR best practices and applicable employment laws.
- Proven leadership in managing HR teams within corporate settings.
- Strong capabilities in leadership, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Professional human resources certifications like CIPD, SHRM, or PHR are preferred.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
