Role summary

The HR & Government Relations Coordinator will handle a broad range of human resources and government relations tasks, supporting employee administration, HR operations, compliance activities, and official government procedures. The role is designed to ensure smooth internal operations and adherence to company policies, Saudi Labor Law, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to the Human Resources team and assist with general administrative work.
  • Draft and issue HR-related paperwork such as employment contracts, employment letters, salary certificates, experience letters, and other formal correspondence.
  • Keep employee records, personnel files, and HR systems current, accurate, and securely managed.
  • Handle HR and government transactions through platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher Business, and similar systems.
  • Manage government service processes including employment visas, visit visas, exit/re-entry visas, Iqama issuance and renewals, work permits, foreign recruitment documents, and other employee-related government matters.
  • Liaise with government bodies and external parties on employee issues and compliance requirements.
  • Support HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave processing, employee requests, HR reporting, and record maintenance.
  • Assist other departments with government-related requirements to keep company licenses, permits, registrations, and certificates valid through official platforms.
  • Help ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization obligations, company policies, and other applicable legal standards.
  • Track government transaction records and renewal timelines to make sure all required actions are completed on time.
  • Offer administrative and operational backup to maintain business continuity and cover essential HR tasks when needed.
  • Carry out any additional HR, government relations, or administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and experience

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
