HR Assistant

Role Overview

The HR Assistant will be responsible for comprehensive recruitment processes focused on restaurant roles including Chef, Steward, Captain, Runner, Cashier, among others. This role involves organizing onboarding procedures, managing employee documentation, and handling administrative HR tasks to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle recruitment from sourcing to hiring for restaurant positions such as Chef, Steward, Captain, Runner, and Cashier.
• Manage onboarding activities, including joining formalities and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain organized records of employee files, attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
• Assist with payroll preparation involving salary data entry, management of PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
• Update and maintain employee databases, use HRMIS systems, and prepare relevant HR reports.
• Coordinate induction and training sessions to acclimate new employees effectively.
• Oversee management of staff uniforms, ID cards, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and manage grievance processes efficiently.
• Monitor employee probation periods, confirmations, and related exit procedures.

Additional Information

Monthly compensation ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 20,000. The position is based in the Delhi-NCR area with an onsite work requirement.
