Role Overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor is essential in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury. Responsible for guest rooms and public areas, this role ensures the environment reflects Four Seasons’ exceptional quality and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping activities to ensure adherence to Four Seasons’ standards.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, suites, and common areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Work alongside the Housekeeping Manager to plan staff rosters and allocate duties efficiently.
• Provide training, mentorship, and motivation to housekeeping staff to maintain outstanding service.
• Supervise inventory levels of cleaning agents and linens, arranging procurement as necessary.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests to guarantee their satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property.
• Assist in managing lost and found processes and related documentation.
• Contribute to the execution of sustainability programs focused on reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferred diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• At least two years’ supervisory experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel setting.
• Proven leadership abilities coupled with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning methods, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Capability to handle a high-paced environment with keen attention to detail.

Work Schedule
