Overview

Responsibilities

• Recruit cleaners and organize their training, or make sure training is arranged.
• Lead and coordinate the daily work of cleaning staff.
• Check facilities and work areas to confirm they meet cleanliness and safety expectations.
• Develop budget plans and estimate operational costs.
• Assist cleaners when needed during their duties.
• Work with other departments to coordinate cleaning-related activities.
• Create and maintain staff work schedules.
