Key Responsibilities

• Restock minibar items in guest rooms precisely following par levels, standards, and hotel policies.
• Check consumption daily and accurately log all charges in the system.
• Ensure minibar products are fresh, stored properly, and within expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation of minibar storage and pantries.
• Report promptly any inconsistencies, damages, missing goods, or malfunctioning equipment to management.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Finance teams for precise billing and smooth minibar operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and aid in ordering and stock control processes.
• Assist the Housekeeping department in overseeing daily minibar workflow and operational efficiency.
• Provide courteous and guest-focused service while respecting their privacy.
• Adhere rigorously to Rosewood Doha’s standards concerning safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.

Standard Duties

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and maintain high service standards.
• Represent the hotel professionally with proper appearance and attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the work environment.
• Respect guest confidentiality and handle information discreetly.
• Comply with health, safety, hygiene, and security rules.
• Use hotel equipment responsibly and report any problems promptly.
• Effectively communicate with management and team members to support seamless operations.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings for job knowledge improvement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management aligned with operational needs.
