Housekeeping Attendant

Position Summary

This role transcends the typical cleaning duties; it focuses on crafting a distinctive and memorable guest experience. The Housekeeping Attendant, termed here as a Guest Environment Expert, is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel, including guest rooms and public areas. They operate autonomously within their assigned space, fulfilling tasks such as responding to guest needs, replenishing cleaning carts, and performing thorough cleaning duties.

Success in this role relies on ensuring workplace safety, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures, preserving confidentiality, maintaining high-quality standards, and presenting oneself professionally in uniform and communication. The role requires physical stamina — standing, sitting, or walking for long periods — and the ability to handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, fulfilling any reasonable duties required to enhance the guest experience.
