Role Overview

This position is for a Housekeeping Attendant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on keeping guest rooms, suites, and selected public spaces clean, well presented, and ready for occupancy while supporting a smooth guest experience.

Key Duties

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites to a high standard, covering bed making, bathroom cleaning, floor care, and detailed dusting and surface wiping.
• Restock room supplies and amenities to the required brand level, such as linens, toiletries, and other in-room essentials.
• Handle both departure rooms and occupied rooms according to service standards, balancing speed with quality.
• Inspect rooms carefully before releasing them, confirming cleanliness, correct setup, and any guest items left behind.
• Escalate maintenance concerns quickly so repairs can be completed without delay and room standards stay intact.
• Assist guests promptly with extra items or other requests that improve their stay.
• Keep the housekeeping trolley neat, stocked, and safely arranged, with proper storage and handling of cleaning agents.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned common areas to support the overall look and upkeep of the property.
• Use safe work practices and follow chemical handling procedures as required.
• Update room status information accurately and share any pending follow-up with supervisors and maintenance staff.

Work Standards

The role requires attention to detail, consistency in presentation, and the ability to maintain hygiene and service standards across rooms and public spaces.
