Role Overview

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of allocated areas including guest corridors, back-of-house spaces, stairwells, lift lobbies, guest and service lifts, and service pantries through routine cleaning duties.
• Gather and dispose of litter, replace waste bin liners, refresh soiled bedding and bathroom linens, and promptly notify team leader of any foul odors.
• Perform thorough deep cleaning in targeted zones such as bathrooms, closets, door tracks, furniture, ensuring furniture is properly aligned.
• Respond to guest calls, requests, and complaints within assigned areas, provide turndown services aligned with set standards, and assist guests by delivering or collecting loaned items.
• Adhere to operational protocols for replenishment by inspecting and restocking bathrobes, bathroom linens, tissues, amenities, hangers, additional blankets and pillows, luggage racks, laundry bags, and complimentary water for guests.
• Ensure all equipment used in assigned areas is clean and well-maintained to prolong service life.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or Certificate.
• Prior experience as a housekeeping attendant in luxury hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts.
• A proactive attitude toward fulfilling guest requests.
• A commitment to delivering personalized service and maintaining superior hospitality standards.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
