Position Overview

As a Hotel Cleanliness Specialist with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Doha, Qatar, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of appearance and hygiene throughout the entire hotel. This non-management full-time role emphasizes creating exceptional guest experiences through comprehensive housekeeping functions. Responsibilities include attending to guest needs, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and supporting overall hotel environment maintenance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and attentive guest service.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and shared spaces.
• Manage stock and housekeeping equipment efficiently.
• Follow company policies to ensure workplace safety and confidentiality.
• Adhere to quality standards, professional appearance, and effective communication.
• Engage in physical tasks such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 pounds independently.
• Perform other reasonable housekeeping duties as assigned to support operations.
