Overview
Located at Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire, Away Resorts is a leading UK holiday park operator with 27 parks nationwide. Our flagship location offers unique accommodations featuring exclusive hot tubs, supported by a dedicated team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Hot Tub Manager to lead and oversee a team of 12 hot tub assistants while ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.
Key Duties
- Manage and supervise a team responsible for servicing and maintaining all on-site hot tubs.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations related to water quality and equipment operation.
- Oversee daily operations, including monitoring water levels and ensuring cleanliness.
- Work hands-on in varying weather conditions to support the team and operational needs.
- Promote a strong team culture aligned with our values and standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Solid understanding of health and safety practices and adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Positive, helpful attitude and passion for team improvement.
- Driver's licence is essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Desirable
- Experience with hot tub operation and maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week including holiday periods such as bank holidays.
