Job Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-premises Hostess at our Al Khobar location. This role involves managing guest reservations, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining professional phone communication when addressing guest inquiries.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Handle the booking and management of reservations efficiently.
• Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all guest interactions, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette to provide clear and polite communication with patrons.
• Utilize strong verbal communication skills to assist guests and coordinate with the team.
• Collaborate effectively as part of the hospitality team to enhance guest experience.
• Possess prior experience in F&B or hospitality sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
