Home Loan Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Home Loan Executive to facilitate clients in acquiring home loans. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, thorough knowledge of home loan products, and the capability to effectively liaise with banks and customers throughout the loan approval and disbursement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads related to home loans.
• Assist customers in choosing the most appropriate home loan products based on their needs.
• Gather and authenticate customer documentation for loan processing.
• Coordinate with banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to ensure smooth loan processing and approvals.
• Perform consistent follow-ups with customers until the successful disbursement of loans.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and offer support after loan disbursement.
• Strive to meet monthly targets related to loan disbursement and rewards.
• Accurately document and update customer information regularly in the CRM system.
