Job Overview

We're seeking motivated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team at Iceland Foods in Bletchley, England. This role offers an active and independent working environment where you'll engage directly with customers as a representative of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper and safe loading of delivery vans, including heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Adhere strictly to all safe driving regulations and practices while on the road.
• Perform routine checks on delivery vehicles to maintain safety and functionality.
• Deliver food items ensuring they remain in optimal condition upon arrival.
• Provide outstanding customer service, fostering positive interactions with shoppers.
• Assist with store tasks as needed to support overall operations.
• Manage your work schedule efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be flexible in working different shift patterns, which may range from early mornings (6am) to late evenings (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines reliably.
• Show strong road safety awareness and commitment to safe driving.
