Job Overview
We are looking for a Help Desk Executive to join our team at Uftultra Facility Management Private Limited in Delhi-NCR. This role focuses on managing resident complaints, service coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between residents and various facility teams.
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve complaints and service requests from residents efficiently.
- Keep detailed daily logs of all complaints and their solutions.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and technical departments to facilitate swift issue resolution.
- Manage visitor access, resident approvals, and communication utilizing the MyGate software platform.
- Prepare necessary reports, maintain records, and assist in overall society management support.
- Respond professionally to calls, emails, and front desk inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Ensure seamless communication flow between residents and facility management teams.
Requirements
- Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in facility management or working within high-rise residential societies.
- Proficient knowledge and practical experience with MyGate software.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer skills including Excel and general operations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a presentable personality.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
