Role overview
Connected Health Group Limited is hiring a Healthcare Assistant for its Tullamore, County Offaly location. This position is focused on supporting people who need help with everyday activities, personal care, and staying as independent as possible.
What the role involves
You will provide practical day-to-day care and assistance to individuals in their homes or community setting, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
Pay and rewards
- Competitive pay of up to €21.92.
- Mileage reimbursement is included.
- Bank holidays are paid at double rate.
- Saturday and Sunday shifts attract weekend rates.
- A €200 sign-on bonus is available after 3 months, subject to conditions.
- Employees can earn €200 for successful friend referrals.

Candidate profile
The employer is looking for someone with either 3 years of paid home care experience or a QQI Level 5 qualification in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person. If you do not already hold the qualification, support may be available to help you achieve it.
Must-have requirements
- A full driving licence and access to a car are required.
- Good spoken and written English is necessary.
- You must be willing to work alternative weekends.
