Role Overview

• Provide assistance to residents in their daily living activities while promoting their independence and dignity.
• Deliver personal care and wellbeing support under supervision of Registered Nurses and care leaders.
• Foster meaningful connections with residents, encouraging social engagement and participation in activities.
• Monitor and document any changes in residents' health and wellbeing, ensuring clear communication within the care team.
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain a safe, welcoming, and vibrant home environment consistent with Enliven's Eden Philosophy.

Candidate Profile

• Possess Level 2 Health and Wellbeing certificate or higher.
• Demonstrate flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including weekends, mornings, afternoons, and nights.
• Comfortable using diverse technology platforms and capable of quickly mastering new applications.
• Genuinely passionate about supporting older adults to lead fulfilling lives.
• Respectful, caring, and skilled at building positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
• Dependable, organized, and committed to delivering excellent care and service quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, thriving in collaborative settings.
• Currently residing in New Plymouth and legally authorized to live and work in New Zealand.
