ENOVA is among Germany’s largest onshore wind operators, managing 1 GW of capacity and currently supplying around one million households with green electricity. By the end of 2030, the company aims to build a 3 GW portfolio and grow assets under management to EUR 5 billion.

Your Mission

In this role, you will take ownership of the wind energy project pipeline, covering repowering and greenfield development, with a strong focus on value creation and execution. You will lead and further develop the project management team, make key investment and project decisions using business cases and risk assessments, and actively steer the portfolio based on return, budget, and timing.

What You Will Do

• Own and manage the project pipeline for wind energy projects, with emphasis on repowering and greenfield development.
• Lead, support, and develop project managers both professionally and disciplinarily.
• Make central investment and project decisions based on business cases and risk analyses.
• Steer the portfolio with a clear view on return, budget, and schedule, stepping in whenever action is needed.
• Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources in line with portfolio optimization and business goals.
• Negotiate with project partners and service providers and take decisive action.
• Continue to shape and improve the project development strategy.
• Work closely with the Managing Director, Investment & Portfolio Management, and Construction teams.

What We Are Looking For

• A completed degree in business, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project development, transactions, consulting, investment, or asset management, with the ability to assess and control projects and portfolios from an investor’s perspective.
• Strong capability in building business cases, structuring commercial topics, and deriving well-founded decisions.
• Confident decision-making, including in uncertain situations and under time pressure.
• Strong negotiation skills with partners, vendors, and stakeholders, plus the ability to set priorities clearly and direct resources toward impact and value creation.
• Leadership experience, a strong sense of ownership, and a consistent focus on results.
