About the Role
A rapidly expanding B2B SaaS company is looking for a Head of Product Strategy to shape and drive the firm's long-term product vision while discovering new avenues for revenue and market growth. This leadership role oversees product strategy across the company's offerings, implements a robust product discovery framework, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to bring validated products to market. Candidates should blend strategic insight with practical execution and demonstrate a history of transforming customer insights into profitable commercial products using an iterative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overarching product vision, strategic portfolio direction, and long-term roadmap of the company.
- Discover, validate, and rank new product opportunities through customer engagement, market analysis, and experimental initiatives.
- Create business cases, total addressable market (TAM) evaluations, and product strategies to support executive-level investment decisions.
- Implement a repeatable, data-driven product discovery process by using rapid minimum viable products (MVPs), customer feedback, and measurable success criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to deliver scalable and impactful products while enhancing planning and execution efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and grow the Product Management team to uphold consistent best practices and accountability.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration among Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Executive leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, with leadership responsibilities in managing product teams.
- Demonstrated success in crafting product strategies and launching enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong background in product discovery, validating customer needs, and planning go-to-market activities.
- Capability to analyze markets, develop compelling business cases, and prioritize product-related investments.
- Outstanding communication skills for executive engagement, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
- Preferred experience working in high-growth, fast-paced software organizations.
