Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Performance Creative to spearhead the creative efforts within our growth marketing team. This leadership position involves crafting and implementing performance-driven creative strategies, collaborating closely with the Growth team and CEO to establish scalable creative frameworks and pipelines that drive growth and engage millions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance creative strategies across paid social channels including Meta, TikTok, Snap, AppLovin/Axon, Google, and YouTube, aligning with business goals to create scalable, revenue-generating campaigns.
- Lead an internal creative production team comprising strategists, editors, and designers, while managing collaborations with external creative agencies.
- Optimize creative output by enhancing quality, speed, and volume of high-impact assets focused on performance and user engagement, ensuring effective scaling of metrics across campaigns.
- Steer the creative and strategic approach for new product launches and relaunches, contributing to long-term growth planning.
- Champion the adoption and integration of AI and emerging creative technologies such as Claude, Gemini, and Sora into production workflows to innovate and future-proof creative output.
- Leverage data insights to iteratively refine and enhance creative materials, driving continuous compounded growth.
- Collaborate with paid media representatives to identify and incorporate new trends and innovations into creative strategies.
- Analyze leading ads in the beauty and skincare sectors to inform and elevate the brand’s creative direction.
- Provide strategic and creative guidance to the broader marketing team.
Candidate Requirements
- Over five years of experience in paid social, creative strategy, or performance marketing, including leadership or mentorship roles.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing with expertise in direct response (DR), social, and digital-first creative content.
- Ability to rapidly conceive multiple advertising concepts and a passion for experimenting with innovative formats.
- Strong knowledge of growth and performance marketing principles across platforms like Meta and TikTok, with awareness of channel-specific distinctions.
- A research-driven approach regularly analyzing competitors, platform trends, and industry content within the beauty and skincare markets.
- Fluent in swiftly transitioning from creative concept development to live advertisement deployment.
- Early adopter of AI tools and new creative technologies with a genuine enthusiasm for embedding these within production processes.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and dedication to high-quality work.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and overseeing team workloads effectively.
- Energetic and focused on delivering measurable results.
Preferred Skills and Tools
- Experience with project management tools like Asana.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager for campaign execution.
- Familiarity with TripleWhale analytics platform.
- Competence in design and editing software, including Canva and CapCut.
