Description de l'emploi
About the opportunity
Bellezza LLC is scaling two direct-to-consumer brands at a very rapid pace. In only three months, the business has grown from zero to seven figures in monthly recurring revenue, and the team is now targeting a tenfold increase in 2026. This role sits at the center of that next phase of expansion, with a mandate to bring order, visibility, and scalability to a fast-moving environment.
The company is looking for a senior operator who can own the finance and operations function as if it were their own business. The right person will bring structure to ambiguity, make decisions quickly, and build the systems needed to support aggressive growth without sacrificing quality. This is an environment for people who want full accountability, real influence, and measurable impact every day.
If you enjoy fast-paced work, thrive when the path is not fully defined, and are motivated by building rather than maintaining, this could be a strong fit. If you prefer predictability, low pressure, or a quieter pace, this role is unlikely to match your working style.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of operations and finance, including systems, numbers, team coordination, and business outcomes.
- Create and maintain robust financial infrastructure such as profit and loss reporting, cash flow forecasting, and organized bookkeeping processes.
- Design and improve the day-to-day operating systems that keep the business running efficiently.
- Oversee payment operations and risk management, including reducing chargebacks, managing VAMP, and onboarding new processors.
- Partner with the Head of CX to improve visibility and structure across Customer Success.
- Keep internal teams, contractors, and agencies aligned through clear KPIs, processes, and operational discipline.
- Manage fulfillment and inventory from end to end, including forecasting, purchasing, supplier relationships, and freight coordination.
- Drive additional high-priority initiatives quickly and accurately as the business evolves.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, finance, or another leadership role focused on execution.
- Background in a DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment.
- Strong financial fluency, including P&L management, forecasting, reconciliations, and cash flow analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable systems that reduce friction and prevent recurring problems.
- Practical experience with fulfillment, inventory planning, and supplier management.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at identifying issues early.
- A strong ownership mindset with no tendency to shift responsibility or make excuses.
- Comfortable designing systems and workflows instead of only completing isolated tasks.
- Bonus: experience with payment processors, chargebacks, MIDs, and risk operations.
What you’ll get
- Exposure to a high-growth business that reached $1M+ MRR in 3 months and is aiming for substantial expansion in 2026.
- Compensation tied to performance, with significant uncapped earning potential.
- High autonomy and end-to-end ownership across operations and finance.
- The chance to make an immediate and meaningful impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
- A fast-moving, high-performance environment surrounded by ambitious people who value excellence and help raise the standard of the team.
Additional information
This role is designed for someone who wants broad authority, rapid pace, and the opportunity to shape systems that support scale. It is not a micromanaged position, and success will depend on discipline, speed, and the ability to operate with clarity under pressure.
