Role Overview

We are looking to appoint a senior leader to oversee the comprehensive delivery of our MICE and event projects. This individual will have ownership of the complete lifecycle—from client briefing through to on-location execution—leading teams across production, operations, and account management to deliver impeccable corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, incentive travel, and brand activations. This role bridges client engagement, creative delivery, and operational precision with accountability for quality, profitability, and client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the end-to-end execution of multiple MICE and event projects, guaranteeing timely, budget-conscious, and specification-compliant outcomes.
• Direct production activities including fabrication, staging, audiovisual setups, technical components, logistics, and vendor relations across concurrent initiatives.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures, project schedules, and quality assurance practices throughout delivery.
• Manage project budgets, cost structures, and P&L statements ensuring margins are safeguarded without compromising quality.
• Maintain and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure dependable service and contract adherence.
• Serve as the primary senior contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships to secure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Convert client requirements into executable plans in collaboration with creative and production teams.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies jointly with business development for both existing and potential accounts.
• Address and resolve any client escalations throughout the duration of projects.
• Oversee planning and execution of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions encompassing group travel, venue coordination, destination management, delegate services, and logistics.
• Coordinate with destination management companies, hotels, airlines, and venue partners for domestic and international event programs.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the operations, production, and client servicing teams, while allocating resources and managing workload efficiently.
• Champion a culture emphasizing accountability, excellence in service, and ongoing improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in events, experiential, or MICE industries, with considerable tenure in senior operations, production, or client service leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and MICE projects.
• Strong dual capability in operational/production management and client relationship/account management.
• Experience in P&L oversight, budget management, and vendor negotiation.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel and perform on-site duties during events, including working outside regular hours.
• Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA or specialized qualifications in events/hospitality is advantageous.

Preferred Attributes

• Established connections with corporate clients, venues, and suppliers within the Delhi NCR region.
• Experience managing both domestic and international MICE programs.
• Background in a respected event or experiential marketing agency.
