Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of IT Operations to join our remote workforce in the United Arab Emirates. This role supports ongoing technology and business operational activities through flexible full-time or part-time schedules. Candidates with strong organizational capabilities, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn can thrive in this role. Prior experience in IT operations or team coordination is beneficial but not mandatory, as thorough onboarding and continuous training are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily IT and operational processes
Track workflows and keep detailed operational documentation
Support project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
Facilitate communication among internal departments
Ensure timely and efficient completion of operational tasks
Carry out other administrative and project-related support tasks as required

Candidate Requirements

Residency within the United Arab Emirates
Minimum age of 21 years
Basic proficiency in English communication
Comfortable with computer usage and common online collaboration platforms
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-focused, dependable, and motivated to learn
Capable of working autonomously in a remote setting
