Role Overview

The Head of Growth will lead aggressive paid media scaling for DTC clients, with a strong focus on efficient Meta spend at scale. This person should understand how Meta’s algorithm responds to creative volume, cost-control systems, audience design, and budget expansion, then turn that knowledge into durable, compounding growth.

This role owns growth strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, manages paid media analysts and creative strategists, and serves as the senior client-facing problem solver when accounts need a clear path to the next stage of growth.

Key Ownership Areas

  • Drive efficient Meta scaling, including the ability to reach six-figure daily spend when the economics justify it, while distinguishing between data-led expansion and unnecessary spend increases.
