Head of Facilities Management

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Management and Operations Manager to lead the operational activities of our facilities and oversee multiple teams specializing in various disciplines. This role requires extensive experience in managing facility operations while ensuring compliance with international standards and strategic alignment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations of all facility management services.
• Enforce key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operations meet organizational goals.
• Align activities with the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP).
• Manage and ensure compliance with ISO 55000 asset management standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison for communication with the Employer and Client representatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in Facilities Management and Operations Management.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
• Strong familiarity and practical knowledge of ISO 55000 standards.
• Excellent leadership capabilities with ability to manage stakeholders efficiently.
