- Create disciplined review routines and use MIS data to generate insights and action plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on product assortment, content, promotions, commercial investment, and full-funnel integration.

- Develop promotional and assortment strategies for e-commerce based on market and competitive trends.
- Shape SKU focus and align priorities with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales.
- Improve UV, CVR, AOV, and loyalty through targeted actions.

- Keep stakeholders informed through regular updates and drive e-commerce capability building across the organization.
- Secure senior leadership support and resources for major initiatives.
- Maintain agreed timelines and incorporate learnings from pilots and test-and-learn activities.
- Deliver sales, profit, and market share objectives.
- Partner with major pure players, marketplaces, online retailers, and brick-and-mortar retailers that also operate e-commerce businesses.
- Ensure retailer master data is current, including product descriptions, selling stories, images, and recommended retail prices.
- Support online loyalty programs across key e-commerce retailers.
- Build strong relationships with the e-commerce teams of online retailers.
- Agree support plans with key customers and digital marketing teams so focus categories gain strong site visibility, including first-brand-seen placement where possible.
- Coordinate performance and precision marketing across the full funnel and manage events and always-on activations.
- Work with Brand and Commercial teams so new launches go live online and offline at the same time for maximum impact.
- Ensure new launches are listed on time with e-commerce retailers.
- Manage assigned commercial budgets and any S&CM budgets agreed with the marketing director.
- Forecast and plan inventory using sell-out trends and days of inventory, with attention to the eMust Sell List.
- Carry out regular market visits and research with senior CCMs, CCMs, and SCM managers to stay current on retail market trends.
Candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, ideally in Sales, Digital, or Brand Marketing.
