Role Overview

We seek an experienced and commercially savvy Head of Delivery to fill a newly created senior leadership position. This role involves leading and developing teams, enhancing delivery processes, boosting operational performance, and crafting a scalable, data-oriented delivery framework to support ongoing expansion.

The ideal candidate will balance operational discipline, leadership acumen, and a transformative approach by collaborating with Delivery, Client Management, Product, Technical, and Senior Leadership teams. Key Duties

  • Develop and execute a unified Income Maximisation delivery strategy in line with company goals.
  • Lead transformative initiatives across delivery operations by redesigning workflows, systems, and processes for improved performance.
  • Manage consistent, high-quality delivery of Income Maximisation services to clients.
  • Elevate operational standards and service effectiveness for core income maximisation activities.
  • Serve as the senior liaison among Delivery, Client Management, Product, and Technical teams.
