Because its technologies are technically sophisticated and highly distinctive, the company needs communications that make those innovations easy to understand, compelling to consumers, and effective worldwide. The in-house team works closely with engineers and other business functions to develop campaigns that showcase Dyson’s innovation and support commercial results.
Role Overview
This global leadership position is responsible for shaping and driving the complete go-to-market approach for a major Dyson category. The role brings together campaigns, creative direction, and market activation into one unified strategy so that global planning and local delivery stay aligned, consistent, and commercially strong.
You will define how the category is presented to consumers, lift the standard of creative execution and product storytelling, and help the business stand out competitively while ensuring campaigns produce measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the worldwide campaign and go-to-market plan by turning market insight, product priorities, and commercial goals into a practical strategy.
- Direct the creation of high-quality launch campaigns and write clear briefs that enable strong output from the Global Creative team.
- Create persuasive product stories and differentiated market claims, working with claims and legal partners to strengthen credibility and impact.
- Own a single global campaign calendar and keep it aligned with business priorities and the product launch schedule.
- Set and improve Brand Building Investment to ensure spend is allocated effectively and performance keeps improving.
- Shape full-funnel channel plans across media, retail, and digital to raise effectiveness and improve efficiency.
- Work with local markets to deliver launch plans that balance global consistency with local market needs.
- Establish success measures, monitor results, and use learnings to strengthen future campaign performance.
- Manage and grow a team of campaign leads while coordinating a wide cross-functional network across commercial, creative, insights, engineering, and other functions.
- Serve as a senior leader in the business unit by influencing strategy, leading important forums, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
