Role Overview

We seek an energetic Head of Admissions (Enrolments Manager) to lead the school's enrolment efforts, focusing on relationship management and achieving student intake goals. The role involves guiding families from initial inquiry through successful enrolment while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for prospective parents, students, agents, and feeder schools, assuring prompt and professional communication via multiple channels.
• Support families throughout the admissions journey by answering questions and fostering a positive perception of ACG Sunderland.
• Manage the Admissions Department calendar, organizing tours, meetings, and visits for applicants and guests.
• Maintain accurate application records in the iSAMS system, covering offers, financial data, and contracts.
• Manage deposits and address queries relating to admissions invoices efficiently.
• Monitor and update scholarship and placement offers, prepare offer correspondence for the Head of School.
• Plan and coordinate key events including open days, entrance assessments, taster days, exhibitions, and alumni gatherings.
• Conduct school tours for visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
• Work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams to set appointments with prospective families.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure admissions materials are accurate and accessible both digitally and in print.
• Prepare and distribute New Student Welcome Packs containing essential information for families.
• Partner with academic and house staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new students, maintaining consistency in experience.

Candidate Profile

• Proven background in admissions, customer service, or equivalent administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a personable and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking in an active environment.
• Advanced familiarity with database platforms such as iSAMS and common office software.
• Previous experience in event management is highly advantageous.
