About Accor and The Sydney Boulevard Hotel

Role Overview

We are searching for enthusiastic and adaptable Guest Services Agents to strengthen our Front Desk Team. These roles are available on a full-time basis, requiring a flexible 7-day work schedule to meet guest needs and uphold excellent customer service standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic service to guests.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently while providing accurate information.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes accurately and promptly.
  • Handle reservations in the absence of the Reservations Manager.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Reconcile cashier floats, transactions, adjust accounts, process payments, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain up-to-date guest information within the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Act promptly on special guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled properly.
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Facilitate effective communication of relevant information across departments.
  • Recognize Loyalty program members and ensure they receive entitled benefits.
