Role Overview

As the initial point of contact for our guests, you warmly welcome them with a refreshing drink at our bar as they check in, making them feel immediately at home. You guide guests by sharing local insights and recommendations about what to discover around the hotel. You assist new guests in navigating our property, ensuring they feel comfortable. Handling front office office tasks such as responding to emails, verifying invoices, managing and closing the shift cash register also falls under your responsibilities. When guests depart, you bid them a heartfelt farewell, leaving a lasting positive impression of the hotel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in hotel management with proven reception expertise
• Strict adherence to hygiene standards and commitment to maintaining them
• Proficient in Mews hotel management system
• Fluent communication skills in German and English for interacting with guests and team members
• Attentive, sociable, and eager to engage positively within the team
